If you are not happy with your ring, we are not happy and will do what we can to make you 100% pleased..

 Lifetime Warranty: Our rings are built for daily wear. However, sometimes accidents can happen. If your ring incurs any damage, needs a touch up or repair, we are more than happy to make it right for you.

Refunds are considered for a reasonable request. We prefer to make things right, but if we are unable to, please contact us immediately at randallexclusives.com within 10 days of receiving your ring. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any difference in the value of the ring.

• We are unable to process refunds for any custom rings since every custom ring is made per your request. 
• If you are not sure how your custom ring design will look, please ask us.
• We can not process a refund on a custom order because you do not like how it turns out. Sorry!

We accept cancellations as long as you contact us within 48 hours from when you place your ring order.

If you request a cancellation after the 48 hour period, we may have to charge a fee for materials and a processing fee.
